Note:
- Guests invited by VOAA will be exempt from this fee. VOAA will collect all original invoices and boarding passes prior to issuing a refund.
- Accompanying persons must register as separate participants. Please clearly provide the information of the accompanying person(s) or group so that VOAA can arrange accommodation and logistics accordingly.
- If participants choose to book their own accommodation, you may refer to the following 3–5 star hotels recommended to VOAA by Ninh Binh Province: Legend Hotel, The Reed Hotel, The Vissai Hotel, and Hoang Son Peace Hotel.
