Exchanging money at the airport in Vietnam is very convenient and fast, you just need to go to the official money exchange counter at the airport. However, the exchange rate here is often higher than that of banks in the city. If you do not need cash urgently, you should exchange at banks in the city for better and safer exchange rates. Always bring your passport when exchanging money (or other identification documents such as residence card, visa if any) and documents proving the purpose of using foreign currency (if necessary).
Documents proving the purpose of using foreign currency:
If foreigners want to exchange foreign currency to carry out transactions such as studying abroad, traveling, working… they may need to provide additional related documents to prove that purpose.
Conference: Wear office attire: vest, shirt, trousers or formal dress (Avoid wearing T-shirts, shorts, slippers)

Wi-Fi is easily available at the Conference, which is prepared in advance.
For more flexible calling and Internet access, buy a local SIM card at the airport or convenience store—the procedure is simple, just need your passport. SIM cards have many affordable data and domestic calling plans, helping you stay connected conveniently throughout your trip.
In Vietnam, most electrical outlets are the ungrounded two-prong type, mainly type A (two flat prongs, like the North American standard) and type C (two round prongs, European style). Outlets usually do not support three-prong plugs (type B or grounded), so if you bring a device with a three-prong plug, you will need the appropriate adapter to use it safely.
