Trang An scenic tourist area

Recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural and Natural Heritage in 2014, the first mixed heritage of Vietnam and Southeast Asia. The core area spans over 2,100 hectares and is part of a larger karst landscape covering approximately 12,000 hectares, formed around 250 million years ago. Trang An features 48 majestic water caves, some over 4,000 years old, creating unique boat routes through caves such as Sang Cave, Toi Cave, and Ba Giot Cave.

The ecosystem here is rich and diverse, with over 600 plant species and hundreds of rare animal species, alongside archaeological remains dating back 5,000–30,000 years. Sacred sites such as Trinh Temple, Phu Khong, and Suoi Tien Temple add spiritual and cultural depth to the landscape. Trang An offers a rare combination of geological, ecological, and historical values, making it an immersive destination for nature lovers and cultural explorers alike.

Ninh Binh Golden Camellia Park

Ninh Binh Golden Camellia Park; Village 4, Gia Lam Commune, Ninh Binh Province. This is an integrated model of ecological conservation, medicinal herb cultivation, and experiential tourism in Ninh Binh. The park comprises of 27.5 hectares dedicated to growing golden camellia and other medicinal plants, with 6.9 hectares certified organic according to TCVN and GACP-WHO standards. Surrounding the cultivation area is 150 hectares of protected watershed forest, forming a harmonious and sustainable natural environment.

Visitors can explore the herbal gardens, learn about traditional cultivation and hand-processing techniques, and enjoy freshly brewed tea in the tranquil setting of the forest. The park’s products are certified HACCP and rated 4-star OCOP for quality and safety. This model not only creates economic value from native medicinal plants but also promotes a green, healthy lifestyle deeply connected to environmental preservation.
