About the Fair

In parallel with the OAC Conference, Ninh Binh province will also host the Ninh Binh Red River Delta Industry and Trade Fair 2025, featuring approximately 250 booths. The Fair will take place over 7 days, from September 15 to 21, 2025.

The Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association (VOAA) will participate with 50 booths, including a shared booth to display products (free of charge) and private booths for businesses to introduce and sell products (fee applicable). You have the following options to choose.

Register to display products at the shared booth (limited number of products displayed)
Register a private booth to introduce and sell products (the number of products depends on the Business).

Trade Fair in NINH BINH

250 booths in total. VOAA will host 50 booths.

Registration Limit:
Each enterprise may register for up to 3 booths

Included Utilities:
1 table, 1 chair, and light bulb per booth

If your business requires additional equipment (e.g., fan, stove, power outlet, refrigerator, freezer…), please register once further instructions are provided by the Organizing Committee.

Booth Decoration & Setup Guidelines:

Businesses are responsible for designing and printing booth documents and hanging backdrops themselves.

Each booth includes:

1 front banner (30cm x 3m)
3 partition walls (each 3m x 3m)

Registration Deadline:

July 15 – August 20, 2025.

Payment & Refund Policy:

Please submit your application together with your company profile.
Once your application is approved by VOAA, a confirmation letter of participation and a contract will be sent to you.
A 50% deposit of the booth fee must be made within 5 days of signing the contract. The remaining 50% must be paid upon receiving the booth from VOAA.

Please note:

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances if the company cancels its participation in the Fair.

Product Display Information

Recommended Product Categories:

All types are welcome; priority is given to VOAA members and enterprises with certified organic products.

Requirements:

Clear origin, labeling, and certification (Organic, OCOP, Food Safety, etc.)

Product Limits:

No restrictions on quantity or type

Special Handling Requirements:

Enterprises must inform the Organizing Committee if special transportation or storage needs apply.

Business Matching & Promotion Activities

VOAA will promote businesses and products via its official fanpage, website, magazines, and other media.
Enterprises may register to join live performances, cooking demos, or product showcases.
Required communication materials include logo, company profile, and product descriptions.
